Earlier this evening I was speaking to a friend about different styles of yoga. We talked about which we have found more helpful and why. I mentioned Prasara yoga (developed by Scott Sonnon and distributed through RMAX International) and how I loved the dynamic flowing nature of the practice. Though I have not formally studied Prasara Yoga, I’m definitely interested – there are many videos on YouTube that demonstrate some basic moves and flows.
