Basic Restorative Yoga for the Office with Jennifer Kostel

Spending a lot of time at a desk in an office is generally bad for your health. Other than the regular stressors of an office environment, most people, myself included, don’t take enough time to move. Why it’s important to move and stretch throughout the day is a topic for another post.
