Thank you for the kind comment.  I don&#039;t really have a favorite asana, though I sometimes utilize certain asanas again and again depending on where my body is at that point in time.  I incorporate yoga ananas of some sort in almost all my &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.marcusebarnes.com/tag/fitness/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;fitness activities&lt;/a&gt;.  I have really benefited from yoga and love how it complements and reinforces other positive areas of my life.
