I’ve recently been researching methods for natural vision improvement. As a fan of yoga, it seemed appropriate that there are exercises in alignment with general yoga practices and philosophies. In the video below, Paul McCartney (formerly of The Beatles) discusses some yoga movements he learned for eye health while in India.

I have never actually heard of Yoga for the eyes, but I do like the concept of it very much. An exercise I always do is focusing on a distant object for about a minute. I do this probably a few times a day. It is supposed to help your eye not always focus on close objects.

The Yoga exercise is also believed to make a practitioner look younger. The basic yoga moves involved in the poses and exercises will provide inner peace and radiant health.
